I am 14 and today I ran 2 miles at 13min and 4sec is that good???
Not sure if you are male or female, but at 14 your 13:04 is certainly something any coach can work with. Look at your pacing, break your race down into sections and look at how you have run those splits, then formulate a race plan that emphasizes a good goal pace within your limits. Great PRs come from training . . .but at 14 you have a long time to develop. Have fun . . . train hard . . . Arb
