What workout do you "hate", but you know you need to do it to reach your goals?


To be honest, I don't really hate any workouts that I do. The thing about running is that your body is always adapting so just because a workout doesn't go well the first time around doesn't mean it won't always go well. There have been lots of times when certain workouts were hard or just not very fun but I know that if I get through them than I will feel better the next time I do the workout and mentally I will know that I can get through the most difficult of workouts.
