hi i am jaycee olsen i am a freshan at northwood high school in irvine california. i run 4 events. 4x100 meter relay, 4x400 meter relay, 200 meter and the 400 meter. i just want to ask you what i should do during the summer and school year until my season starts again in march???


You should stay active. I recommend participating in sports all three school seasons and summer. You don't have to run cross country if you like another sport better. The important thing is to stay in shape and gradually improve your overall level of fitness.
