Noticed in your bio that your coach Terrence is also you husband. Just wondering if it's hard to separate your training from your married life?
At this point in my career it's not hard to separate running from my married life. I think that this would have been more challenging when I was in my twenties. I have more maturity and emotional control than I did when I was younger (for the most part anyway!) It also works well because we work out as a group most of the time. Since I am one of the older members of my training group I want to set a good example for the others, which includes not whining and complaining when I'm having a bad day.
