I am running 3m every other day and 5 miles on Saturdays or Sundays. I was wondering if i should increase my mileage a little higher or to decrease it? Ashley
Ashley . . This depends entirely on your age, your goals and why you want to run. On one hand, the amount of volume you are describing is super for fitness, conditioning, and overall good health. On the other, the volume you are doing is not representative of what older age groups are needing to improve competitively. By all means write back and let us know what your goals might involve.
