Hey, I am 16 and running about 10 miles a day. The Olympics have always been a dream of mine and i was just in Big Bear seeing the goodbye to Ryan before he left for Beijing. I plan on increasing my mileages 1 - 2 more miles a day every month but I never know on my nutrition. What are some foods important for me to be eating and even help me feel stronger? And what would a typical healthy meal be when running that much?
