During soccer practice i fell and a person stepped on my right outer shin and now it has been hurting for the last 2 weeks and my coach makes me run because i need to go to practice which when i run during practice it hurts BADLY. No matter how much i ice it and take tylenol it hurts. If you have any solutions please response. Thank- You

Most likely this is a non-serious injury that is just aggravated by continued exposure to stress, but it should be examined by a physician first and foremost. A standard protocol would call for an X-ray, palpitations in the affected area, and interviewing you extensively on how it happened and when the pain is the most intense. That should be done by a doctor. Train hard . . . have fun . . Arb
