We are organizing a 5k fun run through the PTA of our elementary school. I would like to provide a training program for the students that they can follow during the summer, possibly to include a training session one day a week. Do you know of any appropriate training programs? Thank you.
i'd start with very short, relaxed runs 3-4 times per week (5-10 minutes) and gradually increase to the kids are running 2-3 miles easily before race day
