Grades k - 2nd grade kids workouts?04/04/10

I've ran track my whole life, and have coached kids around the ages of 13 and up for a couple years. This year I'm helping out with the whole program and I am drawing a blank on what type of workouts to have the younger kids to do. k- 2nd graders and 3 - 5 graders. Any tips?
