Got injured and missed nationals

Hi! Im Paige and I'm 14 years old. This year was my year to go to nationals but it didn't work out. I ended up getting injured. We thought I would be better for state but it turned out I had to stay out for the whole season. Next year I'm gonna try a go again for nationals. I want to go bad because it's my last year on the youth level. I need some really good advice on how I can just do that. My events are the 200, 400, and triple jump. My best time in the 200 is 29 seconds only that's from 2 seasons ago because of my injury. I would like to bring it down to at least a 26 or 27. Also I would like to be able to run the 400 under 1 minute 5 seconds. I don't have a time for the 400 because I haven't ran it since I was 9. Thanks for the help on my journey to nationals!
