Do you recommend a training log?
Hello! My name is Jessica and I am a runner. I run a 42:42 in my 10k and 19:48 in my 5k. I would love to go to the olympics one day! I cross train 3 times a week and do strengthening 3 days a week and yoga 2 a week! Do you recommend a training log for me or someway to get even faster???
