Question

Ok i wanted to know if you have any idea of a workout for me? i am 13 i run for jr.high on a school team also i have a meet tomorow, a meet saturday and a meet tuesday, any ideas of how i should train on my off days? (i run the mile is 6:02, and 800m in 2:57)
