What's a good weekly mileage for a highschool runner who has 7-minute mile and a 15-minute 2-miler 2 weeks before cross-country season starts??
The best advice is to know what you can handle now and gradually build. it isn't that important how many mile per week you run now because as you keep building (even 1 extra mile per week!) you will keep getting stronger. 1. Have Fun 2. Stay Healthy keep this in mind as you build your mileage. a general range for you might be 25-40 miles per week. each athlete may vary
